Hi, My name is Patty and I have been doing business with your company now for about 6 months. My previous water company I had been doing business with for almost 6 years. I stayed with the previous company for so long because of my fear of change. I was happy with my old company for the first year but after that the company wasn't treating me as I thought they should. I am so happy I took a chance and changed. Not only were my concerns with the old company and how I thought they might be overcharging me confirmed but the level of customer care was so much better with That Water Place.

About a month ago, I started having problems with my well. The brand new pump which That Water place installed, kept losing suction. In the ensuing 3 weeks, they cleaned the filters, replaced the piping from the well to the house, blew out the well with a 6 HP pump and finally relocated the pump right on the well. I've had no water problems since, and the cost of all their visits was less that $200!!!. Rodney(the owner) went far above and beyond what was necessary to satisfy a customer. I would, without hesitation, refer anyone to him that needed service for any type of water treatment including pumps and piping. He has a customer for life in me.
